I Want 'em, I Want 'Em!!!

I really, really want coontails. I just have to figure out how to incorporate them into Black Girl Magic, a.k.a: a weave. This is going to need to brain power!

The Winter of Weaves

Just wanted to put some pictures of the coif history that I'm going through. The top photo is Murder au naturale. I'm channeling a little bit of Tank Girl (my fave!) and Grace Jones (my super fave!)  I've been rocking this faux dread lock mohawk for a minute, and I decided it was time for a new look! Grow that betch out!!
The culy 'do... I don't know who I was channeling. That was my first weave evah! It was scary, seeing as how I've never had a weave, didn't know if I was gonna like it, and am very opposed to chemically treating my hair! They glued the tracks in with the dreaded black glue. That stuff is evil and a bitch to get out. Stay Away.
In this latest photo, I wanted a very mod look. Hiding behind the bangs and all. This is my favourite so far. It's styled after a weave that I saw Rhianna with. It's cut short in the back and has heavy bangs. The sides taper towards the jaw line! Yummy!!
So, now that we are caught up on my coifs,I am taking suggestions for my next look. I'm thinking a little more length, maybe start playing with colour? I want some scene girl hair, or maybe a Nicki Minaj cut!

So, I found the most delicious blouse the other day. It has the stylings of a vintage blouse. Check out the ruffled collar! I love it! And, not only did I find the blouse, I got shoes too! Black on black patent leather wing-tips! Sigh.
